We saw a need for a smaller, more capable and more value-led delivery partner, one that helps organisations move forward today while strengthening their ability to navigate whatever comes tomorrow

Meet the Founder
George Davies
Fluxion was founded by George Davies after years leading and supporting complex transformation, seeing first-hand how often organisations received advice without the delivery, and delivery without the capability to sustain it. He set out to build a different kind of partner, smaller, more experienced, and relentlessly focused on exceptional service.
His vision is simple: to help organisations navigate change with confidence, deliver meaningful outcomes, and leave every client stronger than before.
