WHO WE ARE

Fluxion is a change consultancy that helps organisations design, deliver, and sustain meaningful transformation. We work with clients across sectors from PE-backed businesses pursuing value creation to charities using technology to increase impact bringing together experienced change leaders who have delivered major programmes in some of the UK’s most complex environments

WHY WE EXIST

Fluxion exists because too many organisations spend millions on transformation, only for initiatives to stall, derail, or fall short of delivering real impact. When then happens? They turn to consultancies, but once those teams leave, so does the knowledge and capability, creating long-term dependency. We built Fluxion to change that: a smaller, more capable and value led consultancy - one that helps organisations deliver change in a practical, people-centric way while building lasting capability from within.

Fluxion was founded on a simple belief: that when change is made human, uniting purpose, people, process, and technology, it becomes truly transformative.

OUR FOUNDER

Fluxion brings together some of the best and most diverse minds to support organisations change. We are creative, thoughtful, and trustworthy, and understand that change begins with themselves; are accountable and responsible for their decisions and actions; are fallible, we make mistakes but own those mistakes; are unique; and want to use our talents and skills to make a positive contribution to the organisations we partner with and the world.
