Our founding story

Fluxion was born from a frustration we couldn’t ignore. After years of supporting major change programmes, we saw the same patterns repeat, initiatives stalling, strategies falling short, and transformation becoming a buzzword rather than a reality.

Despite huge investments, many organisations struggled to keep pace with the scale and speed of change. Too often, change was done to people rather than with them, and external consultants left behind slides, not solutions. We believed there had to be a better way.

 So, we built Fluxion a consultancy grounded in real-world delivery, driven by experienced practitioners, and designed to leave organisations stronger, not dependent. Our name reflects our purpose, helping organisations flow, adapt, and evolve in a world that won’t stand still. We partner with clients to make change happen in a way that’s practical, human, and sustainable.

Fluxion brings together some of the best and most diverse minds to support organisations change. We are creative, thoughtful, and trustworthy, and understand that change begins with themselves; are accountable and responsible for their decisions and actions; are fallible, we make mistakes but own those mistakes; are unique; and want to use our talents and skills to make a positive contribution to the organisations we partner with and the world.
